LOVE WINS!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOO!
In honor of both this INCREDIBLE victory and the AMAZING series finale of my favorite show of all time (which also just happens to be the cartoon that made me comfortable with gay shipping in the first place), I whipped up this drawing of me and my girlfriend, and what we would look like in the Phineas and Ferb universe. (I know, the outlines aren't supposed to be black, and there shouldn't be shading, but... black outlines are SO much easier to work with, and it just looked SO much better with the shadows, so... creative liberty, I guess.)
I decided to make us look like protagonists, with iconically-shaped heads and body types; Ari's got a Phineas-esque, diamond-shaped head, and I have a Candace-like long neck and a distorted heart-shaped head. I noticed that most teenage girls on the show have flat, cone-shaped upper bodies, so I gave that to Ari, and exaggerated my own "beanpole" esque, comically tall and slim figure. I could probably done Ariane's hair a bit better - I was going for an Isabella-style coloring, replacing the blue outlines with brown ones, seeing as Ari's hair is a really dark, almost black, shade of brown. I was considering making it longer, and giving her purple ends, like she's been growing her hair out to do, but I eventually decided to just stick with what her hair looks like now. And yes, those are real outfits that we really wear in public on a regular basis. Well, except for my gray belt. That part I just added cuz' it looks better.
aaaaaand I'm ranting.
(my girlfriend's a total badass BTW. Like, she'd probably be part of LOVEMUFFIN or something. I actually own a multitude of fedoras, but I'm still contemplating if that would make me part of OWCA, or if that would make us nemeses. But, she also owns a chuwawa, and I have a pair of cats... Alya's derpy like mindless Perry, and Spanga is intelligent and fierce like agent P - the whole family unconsciously asks "where's Spanga?" on a regular basis. So... I don't know, we'd probably do our own thing.)
